After a miraculous journey spanning more than 200 years, a valuable statue of the Virgin Mary has been discovered. It came from the Rumbeck monastery and became private property in 1804. After its restoration, it now stands on the last pillar of the church, so that it can serve as a place of worship even when the barrier is closed.
